Every time you see a doctor, you give it to them so they can access your complete medical record. During the visit, they use it to get up to speed with your history and to search its contents so they can coordinate your care.
After the visit, when a doctor signs his note, he does so on his EMR system. The note is then uploaded to our MedKaz server for processing. The server then distributes the note to the patient’s other providers, and to others the patient has chosen, such as loved ones, care givers, and researchers.
