Merle J. Bushkin, Founder, President, CEO
Mr. Bushkin identified the need for a portable, lifetime health record, formulated the unique concept and business model of the MedKaz System, organized Health Record Corporation and recruited its outstanding technical team to develop and commercialize it.
A senior level investment banker with Bushkin Associates, Inc., he initiated and negotiated mergers and acquisitions totaling billions of dollars and spanning many industries. Prior to founding Bushkin Associates, he headed the merger and acquisition services of CBWL Hayden Stone, now part of Morgan Stanley. Before that, he was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Wollensak, Inc., an electro-optics manufacturer; a financial, marketing and planning executive with Mobil Oil; and a professional management consultant with Cresap, McCormick & Paget. He has been a frequent lecturer on mergers and acquisitions.
He graduated from Harvard College with an AB in Economics, and Harvard Business School with an MBA degree.
Gregory Rosensteel, VP CTO
Mr. Rosensteel helped formulate and design the architectural structure for the MedKaz System and is leading its development and implementation.
He has been chief technical officer of Urbandog, LLC, a computer service firm he co-founded in 2006, that creates high-end e-business solutions and applications for businesses, including branding, web site development and site hosting. From 2001 through 2005 he worked at IBM’s Watson Research Center where he lead new product initiatives in automation and RFID products, embedded electronics and scalable enterprise systems, XML testing tools, and speech software technology; he also wrote more than 15 patent disclosures for new technologies. From 1999 to 2001 he was a Systems Engineer and Software Developer and Architect with Motorola, developing Unix-based real time wireless telecommunications systems, and testing tools for portable radio systems.
He graduated from Cornell University, with a BS in Computer Science and minors in Psychology and Communications.
Our outstanding technical team has included ten developers and two system administrators, nine of whom have master and/or bachelor degrees in computer science from such distinguished schools as MIT, Cornell, the University of Massachusetts, Carleton College, Boston University and two Indian universities. Their equally distinguished professional experience includes full time and consulting assignments with such technology leaders as BEA Systems, Cisco, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, Oracle, Verizon, and Wipro.
